ABOUT US
We’re your event brain.
The one that doesn’t switch off.
You know that moment when an idea starts with “let’s do something nice”and suddenly you’re comparing venues, chasing quotes, saving décor screenshots, finding a DJ & wondering who was supposed to order the cake?
Yeah. That’s why EventStan exists.
We bring the people, places, ideas & services behind great events into one place. So whether you’re planning a wedding, birthday, corporate event, or something nobody has quite named yet, you don’t have to figure it all out alone.
You bring the occasion. We’ll help with the other 847 things.
- ✓Less searching. More actually planning.
- ✓Vendors without the endless back-and-forth
- ✓Ideas for when your event brain goes blank
- ✓Everything from the big decisions to the “wait… did we book that?” ones
Basically, we’re your event person. Without adding another person to the group chat.
Why EventStan?
Because event planning doesn’t exactly stick to 9–5.
The venue idea at 11 PM. The caterer search over breakfast. The “wait, we still need entertainment” moment at midnight.
EventStan brings venues, décor, catering, entertainment, rentals & more together in one place. Browse, compare & send enquiries whenever you have the time—or whenever your event brain decides to remind you.
And if you’d like a little help figuring it all out, we’re right here. From finding the right vendors to putting the pieces together, our team is always happy to have a chat with you.
You bring the occasion. We’ll help bring the magic!
Think of us as your 25th hour.
